Description EDIT
There is a walk up Dassieskraal Mountain that provides a panoramic view of the town and nature reserve, and the Kouga and Baviaanskloof Mountains.

Direction: Take the N2 from Port Elizabeth and take the Hankey off-ramp. Drive through Hankey and take the road to Kleinrivier.

There is a picnic site, and caravan site with toilets, showers and electricity beside a small river in the shade of ancient, spreading yellowwoods.
